Pre-orders may be cancelled, prior to you receiving your digital product, and for a complete refund of the original purchase price paid, including shipping charges.
We are unable to offer refunds on any digital media product once delivered except for defective discs. Defective discs will be exchanged for the EXACT same product. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
If you have modified the disc in any way, it is no longer able to be returned for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, writing on the product or labeling the product or any alterations to the product or labels on the product.
