
This election season boasts the largest wave of female candidates ever to run for office in the U.S. Senate or House of Representatives. A record 163 women are currently in the race for the House, with 18 in the race for Senate.

Nearly 20 percent of Just’s town, Grants Pass, lives in poverty, and 23 percent of people in the Grants Pass area receive food stamps.
